The Bod Pod

The Bod Pod will be used to assess body composition at four time points during the project. This machine measures changes in air volume and pressure to determine the lean and fat mass of your body. Each time you have your body composition measured you will sit in the Bod Pod for 5 minutes while wearing a swim suit and cap.
