Ready To Quit Snuff or Chew?

Call us now to enroll in a free quitting program
designed especially for Indians.

Call 1-800-574-7111

Northwest Smokeless Tobacco Study

Sign up to participate by October 1, and you will receive a self-help quitting guide and a videotape that will help you choose and follow the best quitting path for you. No office visits or group meetings are required.

[note: do we have a good graphic to put here instead of the manual? maybe a still shot of Bryson, from the video, holding the manual?]

All participants receive the Enough Snuff guide, a 64-page step-by-step booklet that can guide you through the stages of quitting and staying quit.

All participants also receive the Enough Snuff video, a 28-minute video featuring Indian men and women who talk about their experiences quitting smokeless tobacco.

There is no cost to you, but because it is a scientific study, we ask you to complete several questionnaires before and after you receive the program. This will help us evaluate the program, better understand the process of quitting, and better help others who want to quit.
