Substance-abusing adolescents are on a developmental trajectory to become enmeshed in the adult criminal justice system including high incarceration rates, associate criminal victimization, and large confinement costs. Research scientists are examining de-identified data from a statewide family therapy program in Florida to determine its effectiveness. Results will help shape future prevention and treatment programs.
