The evidence that physical exercise reduces falls in older adults with cognitive impairment is currently both limited and inconclusive, making it difficult for recommending best practices. Investigators are determining the efficacy of a Dual-Tai Ji Quan exercise intervention (Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance) in reducing the incidence of falls among older adults with mild cognitive impairment.
