Dr. Hill Walker is currently Director of the Center on Human Development, Co-Director of the Institute on Violence and Destructive Behavior at the University of Oregon, and Senior Research Scientist at Oregon Research Institute. Dr. Walker has more than 37 years of professional experience in the fields of special and regular education, specializing in school-related behavior problems of at-risk youth. He has more than 170 profesisonal publications and is the senior author of the ESP, SSBD, and First Step to Success early intervention program for antisocial kindergartners (Walker, Kavanagh, Stiller, Golly, Severson, & Feil, 1997).
