Schizophrenia Educational Trial
STUDY DETAILS
Researchers at the Oregon Research Institute (ORI) are recruiting for a study evaluating patient knowledge of an alternative to taking pill form medication called Long-Acting Injectable (LAI) medication. The goal is to improve provider and patient knowledge of long-acting injectable medications as an alternative to pill form medication.
ARE YOU:
- 18 to 65 years old
- Diagnosed with Schizophrenia
- Currently taking an oral antipsychotic medication
- Able to attend outpatient visits or have access to an electronic device to attend visits remotely
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Screen and enroll in the study and receive education about LAI form of medication at a single provider visit
- One recorded telehealth video visit (up to 1-2 hour)
- You will receive a stipend for your time.
- Complete survey about a month after the visit
