Charlotte Hagerman, Research Scientist
Charlotte Hagerman is a social/health psychologist and NIH-funded investigator at Oregon Research Institute. Her research uses social psychological theories of motivation and goal achievement to inform behavioral interventions to promote healthy weight control and metabolic health. Some of her primary interests include: resilience to setbacks during long-term behavior change, cognitive dissonance as a tool to motivate behavior change, and habit formation through routine.
