Stephanie Snidarich, Ph.D., is an Associate Scientist at ORI and an Implementation Scientist consultant for the Sandra Dunagan Deal Center for Early Literacy at Georgia College and State University. Her literacy and behavioral research investigates ‘what works, with whom, where, and why’ to optimize both analog and digital instructional interventions. She focuses on three core pillars: intervention dosage, instructional efficiency, and implementation support while considering the role of the broader ecosystem—including student, school, family, and community factors. With a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and decades of classroom experience teaching diverse learners, Dr. Snidarich brings deep expertise and understanding of educational systems to the science of reading, learning, and behavior.
