The STELLAR Project: Phase 2: Strategies for Technology Enhanced Learning and Literacy Through Art
This is a subcontract from the University of Oregon

During this project, researchers developed STELLAR Online, an online professional development course designed to provide teachers with the skills necessary to integrate visual arts instruction into their practice, with emphasis on "visual thinking skills," evidence-based reasoning, and argument writing. The STELLAR Online intervention aims to make high-quality arts and argument writing training available to rural teachers through an online venue that facilitates interactions between geographically dispersed teachers, making high-quality and academically relevant arts and writing instruction available to students in rural areas.
