Schizophrenia Treatment Educational Trial
STUDY DETAILS
Researchers at Oregon Research Institute Community Evaluation Services (ORI-CES) are recruiting for a study evaluating patient knowledge of an alternate to taking pill form medication called Long-Acting Injectable (LAI) medication. The goal is to improve provider delivery and patient knowledge of LAI as a potential treatment option.
ARE YOU
- 18-65 years old
- Diagnosed with Schizophrenia
- Currently prescribed an oral antipsychotic medication
- Able to attend visits in person or have access to an electronic device to attend visits remotely
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
If eligible, you would complete several short surveys and attend 1-2 recorded telehealth video visits (about 30 minutes each) with a provider to learn more about LAI medications. The purpose of the study is education. Switching to an LAI medication is not required to participate. You will receive a stipend of $75 for your time.
