Sarah Bania-Dobyns, Associate Scientist
Sarah Bania-Dobyns’ research focuses on two main areas: first, the intersection of human-centered design, implementation science, and the social determinants of health; in particular, designing interventions that facilitate long-term positive health outcomes across the life course; second, she has an interest in workforce and professional skills development, especially in STEM education and adult learning. Her work with individuals and organizations is informed by an interdisciplinary social science background grounded in historical sociological approaches to understanding norms, values, and institutions at the global level.
